Nodal is a fictional horizontal B2B workflow SaaS company. All accounts, contacts, usage signals and figures are synthetic and illustrative.

01 / Situation

Expansion is earned by customer value, not a renewal date in the CRM.

A healthy account needs more than a named sponsor and a signed contract. Nodal needs to see whether people are using the product, whether the original use case has broadened, whether support is creating friction, and whether an executive has a reason to keep investing.

02 / Demonstration

Compare three account conditions

See which signals justify expansion, recovery or urgent intervention.

This is an indicative health index, not a renewal probability or automated decision. Each synthetic condition combines graduated usage, adoption, relationship, support, renewal-timing and value signals to prioritise a human account review.

03 / The point

The account plan connects usage evidence to a commercial decision.

AI can assemble the brief and surface the pattern. The account team still decides what to promise, who to involve and whether the customer has earned an expansion conversation. That keeps the relationship human while making the evidence much harder to miss.
